We have created a space where you can truly relax, rejuvenate, and feel right at home. So come on in, settle down, and let Chalet on Hunt be your sanctuary in the heart of the Poconos.

Chalet on Hunt has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms offering room for the entire family and is perfect getaway designed to provide an environment that embraces relaxation, tranquility, and escape. Guests have access to the entire house which features:

* High Speed Wi-Fi accessible throughout the entire house
* Clean sheets, blankets, towels and bathroom essentials
* Mini split unit with dedicated A/C and heat and a separate air conditioner for the 2nd floor
* Xbox, foosball, jumbo connect four, and indoor foam bowling, giant Jenga.
* Flexible self-check-in and check-out
* Washer & Dryer

Outdoors:
* Community amenities: Pool, beach, lake, tennis, basketball court, volleyball courts
* Large front porch to enjoy your morning coffee while catching a glimpse of the nearby wildlife through the trees
* Enjoy the new gas grill, a picnic table, and even a hammock for tranquil naps in the backyard, all accessible from the first level.

Indoors:
* Family room with a 60-inch 4K TV and gas fireplace
* Dining room with access to the back porch
* A large, recently renovated kitchen with the staples you need to prepare simple meals: from pots, pans, basic spices to an Instant pot.
* We also provide a Keurig, a starter sampling of pods as and well as a pour over coffee maker to help you get a great start to your day.

Registration:
* Per community request, we must provide a full list of guests and their vehicle information prior to the start of their stay. This information is also needed to receive badges for accessing the amenities in the community (seasonal: lake, pool, beach, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball, etc.) and the car tag.
* More than 2 vehicles will require additional approval and are subject to an additional registration fee.

Pets:
* Guests bringing a pet must disclose at time of booking and pay the associated pet fee.
* There is an extra charge for a second dog.
* House-trained dogs only.
* No dogs under 1-year-old allowed.
* Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
* No more than 2 dogs are allowed.

Trash:
* The vehicle pass also serves as a rubbish pass for your automobile to enter the community trash facility. It is necessary to remove all rubbish from the property when you depart because we do not have a public trash service. Please keep rubbish from being left outside the chalet as it could attract wildlife.

Other important things to note:
* The maximum occupancy at all times is 8 people.
* Minimum age to rent is 25yrs old unless prior good reviews are available.
* You must provide your ID to Airbnb to verify your identity. A valid email address and phone number must be provided before check-in.
* No parties are allowed in the chalet. This is strictly enforced. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 11pm - 8am.
* No smoking of any type permitted inside the house.
* For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property.
