We are Veronica and Mark Ferrante, the founders of Ideal Stays. Our journey began with a single investment property in 2019 — and a belief that hospitality, done with heart, changes how a place feels.
Nica, with her background in corporate leadership and real-estate investing, discovered how much joy came from creating spaces that make people feel cared for. Mark brought a strategic mind and a builder’s mindset, transforming homes into destinations full of comfort and character. Together we’ve grown Ideal Stays into a boutique management company driven by connection, integrity, and world-class service.
