This Privacy Policy describes how Ideal Stays (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through this website. It does not cover information collected by third-party booking platforms or by the property-management systems we use, which are governed by their own policies.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a contact or “Own With Us” inquiry form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, region of interest, and your message.
- Concierge chat. If you use our on-site concierge assistant, the messages you send are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) in order to generate responses. Please don’t enter sensitive personal information into the chat.
- Automatically collected data. Like most websites, we and our infrastructure providers collect basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) and use essential cookies to operate and secure the site. Map features may load content from Google Maps.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to your inquiries, to operate, secure, and improve the website, and to communicate with you about your request. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the business, including OwnerRez (bookings and property management), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google Maps (mapping), and Anthropic (the concierge assistant). Bookings completed through the embedded OwnerRez widget, or through a listing channel such as Airbnb or Vrbo, are subject to those companies’ own terms and privacy policies.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you’ve submitted by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live — for example, California residents — you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We will honor applicable requests.
Data retention
We retain inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, and as required for our legitimate business or legal purposes.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
