About this site

This website provides information about our properties and services and lets you send us inquiries. Reservations are completed through our booking partner (OwnerRez) or through listing channels such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, each of which has its own terms governing your booking and stay. Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation, an offer, or any binding agreement. Likewise, expressing interest through our “Own With Us” page does not create a management agreement; any such relationship would be set out in a separate written agreement.

Accuracy & availability

We work to keep listing details, rates, and availability accurate, but they can change and may differ from what appears here at any given moment; our property-management system is the authoritative source. Information on this site is provided for general purposes and may contain errors or omissions.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, photographs, graphics, and logos — is owned by Ideal Stays or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

The site may link to or embed third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties.
