Registration:
* Per community request, we must provide a full list of guests and their vehicle information prior to the start of their stay.
*A maximum of two cars are allowed in the house driveway.
*A signed rental agreement and security deposit hold on your credit card are required for booking. Additionally, Guests are required to complete a community registration form.
* The maximum occupancy at all times is 6 people.
* Minimum age to rent is 25yrs old unless prior good reviews are available.
* You must provide your ID to Airbnb to verify your identity. A valid email address and phone number must be provided before check-in.
* No parties are allowed in the house. This is strictly enforced. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 11pm - 8am.
* No smoking of any type permitted inside the house.
* For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property.
